Country fans might have a new nickname for Dan + Shay's frontman, Shay Mooney after the star shared a striking transformation on social media.
Welcome to the stage, "Shave-It-Off, Shay!"
"I haven't been clean-shaven in 10 years," Shay shared on Instagram. "Should I do it?"
Fans chimed in with their responses, but Shay's mind was already made up. The beard had to go.
Shay followed up his poll, with another IG story, which boasted a photo of his face sporting only a mustache. "Good time, I don't have to go in public anytime soon," he teased.
For his final act, Shay appeared on camera looking dramatically different and completely clean-shaven. His caption, "I'm 12."
