Keith Urban is set to host the 32nd 'Annual ARIA Awards' on November 28th in Sydney, Australia. Urban’s successful career in both the US and Australia make him a natural choice for this prestigious role. The Platinum-selling artist last graced the ARIA stage as a performer in 2007, making this his first time at hosting the awards.
For Australians, the 'ARIA Awards' are the equivalent to the United States’ GRAMMY Awards. Dan Rosen, Chief Executive at ARIA said in a press release, “ARIA is honored and excited to welcome back superstar Keith Urban to join us in Sydney to celebrate the 2018 ARIAs. To have one of Australia’s biggest stars host this year’s ceremony is just phenomenal. Australian music fans are in for a real treat.”
Urban’s 2018 'GRAFFITI U WORLD TOUR' has just ended its Canadian leg and is headed back to the states, where it’s seen critically hailed with multiple sold-out performances across the country. The tour is scheduled to head to Australia in February where Newcastle, Melbourne, and Brisbane dates have sold out.
