Carrie Underwood is going back to her old stomping grounds.
The country superstar who has sold more albums that any previous American Idol winner will return to the show that made her a household name to mentor the current season’s Top 5 contestants.

Cade Foehner, Caleb Lee Hutchinson, Maddie Poppe, Michael J. Woodard and Gabby Barrett will travel to Nashville for a special mentoring session with Carrie and, on next week’s show, each will perform a song from Carrie’s more than 10-year repertoire.
Additionally, Carrie will take the stage herself to perform her latest single “Cry Pretty.”
