World Exclusive! Sugarland Returns with 'Still the Same'

This is lift off.

Sugarland is back with their first single in more than seven years.

As Jennifer Nettles and Kristian Bush put it on Instagram, “Still the Same” celebrates where the duo has been so far and where they are going next.

“Can we try to leave it better than how it came? Don’t be afraid to change, our love is still the same,” Jennifer sings in the mid-tempo rally cry.

Sugarland last released “Tonight” from their 2010 album Incredible Machine before their hiatus as a band. During their break, Jennifer released two solo albums, That Girl and Playing with Fire, starred on Broadway and played Dolly Parton’s mother in two TV movies for NBC. Kristian also released a solo project called Southern Gravity and produced a number of other artists.

Sugarland continues their reunion with the release of their sixth studio album and brand-new tour in 2018.

They’re next scheduled to perform as part of Dick Clark’s New Year's Rockin' Eve with Ryan Seacrest 2018
