Kelsea Ballerini Shares Her Wedding Menu

Post-vow tequila shots weren’t the only libations had at the Evans wedding.

Kelsea Ballerini and new husband Morgan Evans opened up about the food and drinks at their recent nuptials in Mexico, telling People their menu kept with a south-of-the-border theme.

“The whole wedding was centered around food, honestly,” Kelsea says.

The newlyweds served quesadillas, tacos, ceviche and chips and guacamole from action stations as well as grilled rib eye and shrimp.

“I think for both of us, the most important thing was the atmosphere that we create: You don’t have to eat whatever’s served up to you,” Morgan adds. “You just go and eat whatever you want, and drink whatever you want, and have a great time for everyone.”

The great time was assisted by great alcohol, including pineapple mezcal cocktails and Morgan’s “fairly epic” margaritas. Dessert featured a four-tier confection from Cabo Cakery with white, red velvet and carrot flavors.

Kelsea and Morgan are currently in Nashville before they jet set to his native Australia for the holidays. They’ll then travel to Bora Bora for their honeymoon.
