Kelsea Ballerini is a married woman.
The new Mrs. Morgan Evans took to social media after news broke she and her Australian beau had tied the knot in Mexico over the weekend to share a look inside the couple’s oceanside honeymoon.
“Woke up to the hottest human I’ve ever seen wearing a ring and ate leftover wedding cake for breakfast hello marriage,” Kelsea wrote in a separate tweet.
Just before her Mexican wedding, Kelsea told CMT’s Cody Alan not falling in love with Morgan was never in the cards.
“We both were so anti-relationships, so career-focused when we met each other,” she says. “It was just not an option to not be together. It just was never an option. It was weird because we were both not wanting that.”
After a few weeks off to celebrate her marriage, the “Legends” singer will return to the spotlight for her Unapologetically Tour, kicking off February 8 in Alabama.
