Luke Bryan is getting in the holiday spirit with the release of a Christmas classic.
The country megastar dropped his version of “O Holy Night” earlier this month and reveals he has the ultimate pride in the stripped-down rendition.
“When I heard the finished product, I couldn’t be prouder of a piece of work,” he says of the song which features just his voice and a piano. “It is probably one of my most proud recording moments.”
Christmas in the Bryan household is already underway, but as Luke tells CMT’s Cody Alan in a recent interview, his sons haven’t finished their wish list just yet.
“You know, they hadn’t really started tearing off and asking ole Santa.... They hadn’t started that game yet,” he says. “I’m sure it’s just a matter of time before they’ll start letting their wishes be known. The new biggest Nerf gun will be arriving under the tree. They’ll have their list in order, you don’t worry.”
