The 2017 Emmy nominations have been announced, and a few categories feature country connections.
Dolly Parton’s made-for-TV holiday flick Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love landed a nod for Outstanding Television Movie, while Keith Urban’s wife Nicole Kidman earned a nomination for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Limited Series or Movie for her role in the HBO miniseries Big Little Lies.

Nicole will battle it out with fellow nominee and Big Little Lies co-star Reese Witherspoon in the category.
The Voice is up for several trophies, including Outstanding Reality Competition, but coach Blake Shelton is not listed as a nominee.

Saturday Night Live and HBO’s sci-fi drama Westworld lead the pack of nominations with 22 each. Click here for the full list of nominees.
