Shania Twain didn’t realize how much of a big deal “Shania Twain” really is.
The country legend opens up in a new interview with Today about her thoughts on her long-awaited musical comeback and what she didn’t expect to happen.
“I’m really feeling the love. I didn’t realize how appreciated I was,” Shania says. “Distance makes the heart grow fonder. It works both ways. I really missed the fans. I’m loving just being with them again and feeling the whole joy of everything.”
The “Life’s About To Get Good” singer dropped her first new single in more than 15 years this week and announced a new album, Shania Now, is expected September 29th.
