Who is the highest-paid country star on the planet?
A new list by Forbes has determined just that as well as the rest of the biggest money-making celebrities from Nashville, Hollywood and beyond.

Garth Brooks ranks higher than any other country star at No. 26 on Forbes’ Celebrity 100 rundown, which lists the world’s highest-paid celebrities by pre-tax income from June 1, 2016 through June 1, 2017.
While Garth brings in a whopping $60 million, Jimmy Buffett follows closely behind with earnings of $50.5 million, ranking second among country artists at No. 35.
Kenny Chesney ($42.5 million, No. 53), Luke Bryan ($42 million, No. 55), Dolly Parton ($37 million, No. 71), Florida Georgia Line ($34.5 million, No. 83), Toby Keith ($34.5 million, No. 83) and Jason Aldean ($32.5 million, No. 98) also make the Celebrity 100.

Forbes bases its findings on figures from Nielsen, NPD Bookscan, Pollstar, Box Office Mojo, Songkick, D'Marie and IMDB.
