CMT Music Awards: More Performers Announced!

The week country fans have been waiting for has arrived, and the performance list for the 2017 CMT Music Awards keeps growing.

Following an unforgettable collaboration on CMT Crossroads, Jason Derulo and three-time nominee this year Luke Bryan are set to reunite on the CMT Music Awards, it was announced today (6/5).

In addition, rock icon Peter Frampton and Duo Video of the Year nominee Brothers Osborne will perform together for the first time anywhere live during the fan-voted party.

CMT has also unveiled this year’s Firestone Stage lineup, which includes Brett Young, Jon Pardi, Lauren Alaina, Midland and Chris Lane.

Derek Trucks, a former guitarist of the Allman Brothers Band and bandleader of the Tedeschi Trucks Band, will join Jason Aldean, Darius Rucker and Lady Antebellum’s Charles Kelley in a tribute performance to the legendary Gregg Allman.

Previously announced performers slated for the CMT Music Awards are Blake Shelton, Brett Eldredge, Luke Bryan, Miranda Lambert and Thomas Rhett as well as collaborations between The Chainsmokers and Florida Georgia Line, Keith Urban and Carrie Underwood, and Earth, Wind & Fire and Lady Antebellum.

Nashville’s Charles Esten hosts the 2017 shindig live from Nashville Wednesday (6/7) at 8/7c on CMT.
