Twitter isn’t just for 140-character streams of thought anymore.
The social media company has announced it will begin streaming concerts in partnership with Live Nation, and the first show to go live on Twitter will be Zac Brown Band’s Welcome Home Tour.

The country group’s second concert of their current trek is slated to stream live from Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre at Encore Park in Alpharetta, Ga.

The move makes sense for Twitter, as its 10-most followed users are musicians. Additionally, Twitter’s recent live stream of the Grammy Awards red-carpet pre-show has become the most viewed entertainment live stream on Twitter to date.
