“Here I am 5 yrs ‘late to the party’ [pun intended],” she wrote, referencing her 2015 single, “and I'll admit I’m now OBSESSED with the show Nashville. It’s a sick addiction now.”
The show’s creator and executive producer, Callie Khouri, tweeted Kacey in response, inviting her to guest star on a future episode.
“Then come be on the show. We'd LOVE to have you,” she posted.
Sam Palladio, who plays Gunner on the show, also reacted to Kacey’s Nashville post, telling the singer to expect “quite a few name drops.”
