The heart wants a Thomas Rhett and Selena Gomez collaboration, and the heart is getting it.
The CMA Male Vocalist of the Year has announced he will collaborate with the pop princess on a track on his forthcoming third studio album.

While TR is currently in the process of narrowing down a track list for the project, he knows his Selena duet will make the cut.
“I took all of January and made album three,” Thomas says. “We cut 22 songs, which is way too many songs, and I think the next few months is going to be singing all those, getting them all mixed and then trying to narrow down which ones are the keepers.”

The daddy-to-be collaborates with Maren Morris on the album’s first single, “Craving You,” and he reveals the record will also feature a duet with his dad, songwriter and 90s country singer Rhett Akins.
