Luke Bryan Had the Best Year Yet at the 'ACM Awards'

Fifth time’s the charm.

It’s been nearly two weeks since Luke Bryan wrapped the ACM Awards for 2017, and the longtime host believes it was his best year yet.

The country star appears in a new installment of his web series LBTV, explaining backstage at “Country Music’s Party of the Year” that 2017 topped all previous years he hosted. But he’s not so sure about his co-host.

“We have 25 minutes to go in the show. It’s getting very serious,” Luke said in the moment. “Hosting’s been good. I feel like it’s actually my best year I’ve ever hosted. I feel like Dierks... Ehhh... I don’t know.”

Luke took the ACMs stage for his first year as host in 2013 alongside Blake Shelton, with whom he hosted for the next three years. Dierks joined the party with Luke in 2016.
