Shania Twain will soon use her own voice to mentor talent on The Voice.
The country legend has announced she will serve as the key advisor for season 12. Shania will mentor finalists from each team in the first live episode featuring the final 12, airing April 24.

“Excited to announce that I’ll appear on @nbcthevoice this month, as a mentor to the finalists,” Shania tweeted on Thursday (4/13).

Shania is the latest country artist in a string of icons to serve as advisors on the hit NBC show. Luke Bryan served as the team mentor this season for coach Blake Shelton’s crop of talent, while Tim McGraw, Faith Hill and Garth Brooks served as key advisors for season 11.
Twenty artists compete for a spot in the final 12 in the season’s first live show, airing Monday (4/17) on NBC.
The Voice airs every Monday and Tuesday on NBC.
