RaeLynn recently celebrated her first wedding anniversary, and now she’s reminiscing about her first 12 months as Mrs. Joshua Davis.
In Cody’s exclusive Ask Anything Chat, the “Love Triangle” singer responded to a question asking about her most memorable moment from her first year of marriage, reflecting on a special moment on her honeymoon in Puerto Rico.

“We went down to Old San Jaun, and we danced at this really old club that was there, this old salsa club,” RaeLynn says. “And it was just so much fun because we didn’t know anybody there and we were just having such a good time. We rented a car for the day, and it was just such an amazing moment. It reminded me how much I am thankful for Josh, and it was our first vacation together.”
The Voice alum has been open on social media lately about time spent away from Josh as he embarks on basic training for the military. In the video chat, RaeLynn explains how “Diamond,” a song from her debut album WildHorse, reminds her of how much she cares for her husband.

“Anybody can get a piece of jewelry or something nice from somebody, but your engagement ring is not just a diamond... It symbolizes the love you have for the person you want to spend your life... I was just thinking about how much Josh means to me, and that’s where I got the idea for ‘Diamonds.’”
