Nashville has a couple of new residents.
Rachel Bilson and Kaitlin Doubleday are joining the cast of the country music drama, the two actresses revealed to "Nashies" Thursday night (3/9) after the mid-season finale of Nashville aired on CMT.
“We welcome Rachel and Kaitlin into our incredibly talented ensemble,” said Marshall Herskovitz, Nashville executive producer and showrunner. “We fondly anticipate the second half of the season filled with surprising twists and turns that make Nashville so beloved by the fans.”
Rachel is most famous for her role on The O.C. from 2003 to 2007. She was most recently seen as Dr. Zoe Hart in The CW’s series Hart of Dixie. Katilin, meanwhile, made her film debut opposite Leonardo DiCaprio in 2002's Catch Me If You Can. She gained worldwide recognition as Rhonda Lyon on the megahit Empire.
