Gwen Stefani is dating a country star and she collaborated with him on a country song, but is she making a country album of her own?
While the No Doubt songstress tells Extra! she has “absolutely no” plans to go country, she admits she’s learning so much about the genre.
“I don’t have a country album, no. I have a country playlist that I’m learning,” she says. “It’s interesting, I’ve learned a lot about country music in the last couple of years. I got to write with [Blake], which was a dream, like beyond a dream....”
Blake’s girlfriend adds she was “nervous at first” to return to The Voice to work alongside him again for fear it would be awkward.
But instead, she reveals coming home to her spinning red chair was “just natural.”
