What Inspires Riley Green’s Music?

Riley Green doesn’t miss.

Riley may have dropped his ‘If It Wasn’t For Trucks EP,’ but the country singer isn’t done cranking out new music.

In a recent interview with Cody Alan, Riley revealed the biggest benefit that he has found in slowing down due to COVID-19.

“You know, one kind of benefit to being shut down in 2020 was not only did I have a lot of time to write, a lot of time at home kind of off the road, but I also got to relive some of these songs that I have written in the past,” Riley shared.

“All of my inspiration came from where I grew up,” says Riley. “So getting to go home for 6 or 8 months and have some time off was really beneficial for me songwriting-wise.”

Riley has been spotted performing live from his hometown, and interacting with fans during his acoustic ‘Golden Saw Series.’ Watch the latest episode by clicking the link below. Catch Riley on the road with Dierks Bentley this fall on the ‘Beers On Me’ tour by clicking HERE.
