Kip Moore Says 'I'm A Sucker For A Donut' + Reveals Fitness Tip

Kip Moore is pretty humble when it comes to talking about his workout routine and even more modest about his physique, but make no mistake, the country star is jacked.

In a recent interview with Cody Alan, the "She's Mine" singer revealed his pro-tips to fitness, and it's not what you want to hear.

"The first secret is you have to get off the couch!" says Kip.

"It's really tough on the road because you can quickly get out of the routine, and staying fit is very much about a way of life, and it's about routine," shared the country star. "Knowing that it's the first thing that I do when I roll off the bus. I find a gym right away, and I put an hour and fifteen minutes in every single day."

"I try and eat clean, I try and eat good foods. I crave food like everybody else does. I am a sucker for a donut, a burger, and pizza," says Kip. "I love all that stuff. I definitely still partake in all of those things, but I feel like [there's balance] if you spike your levels enough by really getting after it."

"And, I think there is one more key," says the "Something 'Bout A Truck" singer. "I see people so often get into the gym, they have already made the commitment to be there, but then they barely get after it once they are in there. So, you have defeated the whole purpose of taking the time to get in there. So, I make sure that I am taking the time to have my foot on the gas the whole time I am in there."
