Chris Young Shares Realistic New Year's Resolution

Chris Young is approaching 2021 with optimism and setting some realistic expectations for himself.

In a recent interview with Cody Alan, Chris joined the radio host to talk about his new hit "Famous Friends" with Kane Brown. During their conversation, Chris also shared his New Year's resolutions for the year.

"I feel like I had enough time to be introspective last year," laughs the "Raised On Country" singer. "I am not going to take that for granted. But, I think that kind of plays into what I kind of left as, not necessarily a resolution this year, but I just want to make sure I pace everything."

"I have been busy," says Chris, who has been working on a new project. "I know everybody is going to want to continue to be busier and busier, and hopefully, as things start to loosen up a little bit from restrictions, I just want to make sure I don't have to cancel."

A true man of his word Chris continues to share, "Canceling is the worst thing ever. Sometimes it happens, but that's my goal is to be real cognoscente of that this year."

Chris is currently working on his 8th studio album, and while it goes unnamed, it is projected to include collaborations with Lauren Alaina, Brad Paisley, and Riley Green.
