Kelly Clarkson and Brett Eldredge's velvety, warm, soulful voices collide with the holiday spirit in their new Christmas song, "Under The Mistletoe."
While Brett and Kelly are only duet partners, the holiday spirit was undeniably felt when Brett had the opportunity to meet the pop powerhouse in person.
"She text me out of the blue one day, and I thought, "Kelly Clarkson wants me to sing with her. I'll just walk to LA if I have to," laughs the country star as he recounts his first interactions with the "My Life Would Suck Without You" singer.
"I got into the studio as soon as I could and put a version down with her singing with me, and it just sounded so authentic and real. We are in the middle of a pandemic, so it was an incredible experience to hear our voices together," reveals Brett.
"I finally got to meet her for the first time, recently," beamed the "Glow" singer. "She is such a great person! Of course, she is one of the best singers in the world, but her personality is, well, it's hard to beat. She is such a joyful person, and her laugh is so infectious. She is awesome."
