You may have noticed it during the 2020 CMA Awards, but Luke Combs still has that newlywed glow.
In a recent interview, the "Beer Never Broke My Heart" singer revealed to Cody Alan that being quarantined with his wife, Nicole Hocking, has been filled with more "wows" than "woes."
"It's been really fun," shared Luke. "We lived with each other before, so we were used to that. It wasn't a big surprise or shock or anything."
"We were shacked up before then, so yeah, it's been really great!" Luke laughs. "Being married is really cool, and we have gotten to spend so much time together, which has been really great. We have both really enjoyed that."
"You know, I miss playing and stuff, but I am really, really grateful for the time that we have had together, and I think she would say the same."
Only 14 short weeks ago, Luke posted a series of blissful wedding photos on Instagram, saying, "Yesterday was the best day of my life. I got to marry my best friend. I love you @nicohocking, here's to forever." This adorable twosome has forever to go, but one thing is for sure, the days seem to be getting better and better.
