Brett Young Offers Advice On Finding Love

Most of us, at some point in our lives, have heard a great piece of advice about love. Perhaps it's words of wisdom from your mother or father, friend, or colleague, but today, this advice is coming from country crooner Brett Young who is celebrating two years of wedded bliss with his wife Taylor.

In an interview with Cody Alan, the husband and father shared his best advice when it comes to looking for love.

"It's so funny, we are at the age now, when any of my buddies who are still single are starting to worry that they are not going to find that person. Ya know?" says the "Catch" singer. "It's a funny thing when you are younger. You are trying not to find them yet, because you want to be young and have fun, and then you get older, and you think, "Did I screw this up? Did I wait too long?"

If this is a question you have been asking yourself, then according to Brett, just trust the process.

"It's like when you stop looking, you will find it. I've even had the conversation with one specific buddy where he said, "I'm almost to a place where I think it's not going to happen to me," and I said, "Well, good. You are one step closer to meeting her then."

"I think my advice is kind of a cliché one that we have all heard. "Let go and let god." But you don't want to risk getting involved with the wrong person because you are forcing it or rushing it. So, you just have to let it happen."
