When Jason Aldean croons through the lyrics of "Got What I Got," some words might hit a little harder.
For example, "Baby, do you ever miss bein' alone?" I said, "Hell no, I don't" really sets the undertone for his conversation with Cody Alan.
During their recent sit-down, Jason revealed how much he misses his fans.
"What's one thing during the past 6 or 7 months that you have learned that you miss, and you will never take for granted again?" asks Cody.
"Oh, without a doubt, man, playing shows!" says the "Burning It Down" singer. "Getting on my bus on Wednesday night to play a Thursday, Friday, and Saturday show. Ya know? It's just been business as usual for us for the last 15 years. It's been like clockwork. Every Wednesday, I throw my gear on the bus and go play shows over the weekend."
"Never in a million years would I have thought that something like this would happen that would take that away from us. For me, it's really put things in perspective, and when we are finally able to go back out and play shows again, that is something that I will never take for granted."
Jason always delivers. Listen to his new single, "Blame It On You," by clicking the link below.
