Miranda Lambert Is Taming Her Pandemic Anxiety

Pandemics are stressful. If you're feeling anxious, that's understandable, and you are not alone.

During a recent interview with Cody Alan, country superstar Miranda Lambert shared that she is also feeling the nervous energies that many of us are experiencing.

"During the quarantine, how are you making the most of this time? Cody asked, acknowledging that it's year has been a little "weird" for everyone.

"I haven't made the most of it yet," shared Miranda earnestly. "I am starting to do it now."

"I think I have kind of been in a secret panic for the last three months thinking like, "When am I going to go back to work?" and it's hard to relax into it when you aren't sure when your normal is going to come back or if it ever will," said the "Bluebird" singer.

"I am starting to embrace it now. I have been touring for 17 years, so I need to enjoy the time off. At least get some joy out of being home, growing flowers, and being with my family."
