Shania Twain Offers Advice On Turning Tragedy Into Positivity

Shania Twain is a country music legend, a household name, and a fashion icon. She is also a role model for turning life's tragedies into something positive.

In an interview with Cody Alan, Shania once shared her best advice in overcoming adverse situations. This Shania-approved life tip is sure to help you overcome any obstacle you may face.

"Divorce, losing loved ones, financial struggle, I've been through all of those things in pretty severe ways, and I have learned that life is full of ups and downs," reveals the pop-country icon. "There is always going to be an up, and there is always going to be a down. It's best to be realistic."

"When I am down, I realize that there will be an end, and there will be an up. When there's an up, I am realistic and realize that I want to enjoy it and live in the moment because around the corner, surely there will be another low," says the "Forever and Always" singer candidly.

"Keep that in mind. It's going to keep rolling no matter what."

Shania is living proof that horrible tragedies and setbacks can help fuel and drive success. Her tragic story and launch to fame can be found in her autobiography, 'From This Moment' found anywhere books are sold.
