Brad Paisley Shares 'Alive Right Now' Featuring Cancer Survivor Addie Pratt

Brad Paisley's new TV special, Brad Paisley Thinks He's Special, will air for the first time on December 3 on ABC. The country star serves as host and executive producer of the one-hour special which includes appearances from special guests like Carrie Underwood, Kelsea Ballerini, Darius Rucker, Jonas Brothers, former NFL player Peyton Manning, The Bachelor host Chris Harrison, Tim McGraw and more.

One of the more emotional, heartfelt appearances that will be on the show comes from St. Jude cancer survivor, Addie Pratt. Paisley recently revealed that he plans to debut a new song called "Alive Right Now," which features Pratt.

"When I got my own ABC special, one thing I wanted to do was shine a light on something good, and boy did I get a chance to do that," Paisley says in a video shared to Instagram. "Everyone meet Addie Pratt, St. Jude cancer survivor. I am so thrilled to get to sing with her. It's one of the highlights of not only the night but of my entire career. She did so great on this performance that we had her come in the studio and record on the record. You hear this on the radio, and you might think it's a top female vocalist in country music, but it's probably someone you've never heard of named Addie Pratt."

Paisley and Pratt's debut performance of "Alive Right Now" will air on the show, but you can hear the song now in the video below. "I've met angels and survivors / That twenty years ago there'd be nothing they could do / But thanks to places like St. Jude / It's great to be alive right now / By the grace of God somehow / No one knows how long a time / But guess what? You're alive right now," the two sing.

Be sure to tune in to ABC on Tuesday, December 3 at 8 p.m. ET to catch this special moment on Brad Paisley Thinks He's Special.
