Nashville is a magical city, but you have never seen it as you will in the princess-themed CBS series, “Tell Me A Story.”
CBS All Access will debut the second season of “Tell Me A Story” on Dec. 5th. Created by Kevin Williamson, “Tell Me A Story” takes a fairytale approach to beloved fables and twists them with dark reimagined storylines.
Cody Alan, being the host of CMT's Hot 20 Countdown and a sounding board for country music radio, was written into the screenplay. Naturally, when looking for an actor to play the role of "Cody Alan," CBS took the chance and reached out to see if Cody would have any interest in playing himself on the silver screen. “CBS needed someone to play me on TV, so they called me! Seriously, this new season of Tell Me A Story is based in Nashville, with a music-related storyline I think country fans will love.”
