Picture perfect memories and soaring harmonies are expected as Lady Antebellum teams up with Halsey for a genre-defying collaboration during Wednesday night's CMA Awards.
Ahead of the awards, the Vocal Group of the Year nominees joined Cody Alan backstage to talk about gearing up for the big night.
"We leave right after this and go work on it," shared Charles Kelley referring to their afternoon rehearsal with the pop star. "These songs go together so well. We are going to put a little new twist on the sound of both of them. I think it will be a really cool, intimate performance."
"She has a great voice too, and we were really trying to keep the vocals out front," Dave Haywood chimed in with excitement. "The instrumentation is kind of acoustic piano, kind of chill, and all of us trading harmonies on our single and then a song called, "Graveyard" for her."
