Jason Aldean Releases Lyric Video For New Song 'Blame It On You'

Jason Aldean is sharing yet another video for a song off his forthcoming album, 9, with fans. On Wednesday (September 18), the country music titan released the lyric video for "Blame It On You."

Fans were able to hear "Blame It On You" earlier this month along with three other songs he released along with the news about his album.

The introspective song has Aldean showing regret while admitting he's at fault for a love gone wrong. He sings: Should've never let you go/Should've never watched you go/I could say I never knew/I could drink around the truth/But I can't blame it on you. Throughout the track, he lists all the excuses he could blame for losing the girl, but ultimately, decides to take responsibility for it.

Previously, Aldean released "We Back" (written by Florida Georgia Line's Tyler Hubbard) as well as "I Don't Drink Anymore" and "Keeping It Small Town." Fans can expect 9 on November 22. Plus, if you want to hear these songs live as well as all of his hits, the country singer recently announced he'll be heading on tour in early 2020 from January through March with special guests Morgan Wallen, Riley Green, and Dee Jay Silver.

This Veterans Day, he'll be joining Kelsea Ballerini and Scotty McCreery to perform during the 2019 iHeartCountry One Night For Our Military presented by Roche Diabetes Care. If that wasn't enough Aldean for ya (let's be real, is there such a thing as too much?), he will be returning to Las Vegas for three nights only (December 6-8) at Park Theater at Park MGM for the Jason Aldean: Ride All Night Vegas shows.
