Kane Brown Gives A Disabled Fan The Surprise Of A Lifetime: Watch

2018 American Music Awards - Red Carpet

Clay Warner was born after just 23 weeks gestation. He spent the first three months outside the womb on life support. He's endured over 30 surgeries in his 17 years of life. He has cerebral palsy and is legally blind. But despite his setbacks, the Iowa native has persevered. He loves basketball and is a Special Olympics athlete. He's also a member of the North Polk varsity basketball team, though he usually watches the game from the sidelines. In February, on senior night, his coach put him in for the last minute of play — and he sunk his first ever shot during a game.

The special moment went viral and the teen recently visited Pickler & Ben to discuss his story. Little did he know, the hosts had the surprise of a lifetime waiting for him. Clay is a huge country fan and "Kane Brown all the way." When the country star caught wind of his special fan, he recorded a video message inviting him to an upcoming show in Iowa.

"What's up, Clay, it's Kane Brown," the singer says in the video. "I heard you're a big country music fan, and I saw that shot that you made. You shoot better than me, man."

"I'd love to see you backstage and get to hang out with you, and give you tickets to my show," he adds. "So I'm looking forward to seeing you, man."

Clay's reaction is priceless and heartwarming. Watch the full video below.
