Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and Wife Expecting First Child

Dale Earnhardt, Jr. is adding a car seat to the No. 88 car.

The NASCAR great has announced he and wife Amy are expecting their first child together, a girl.

“Excited to share the wonderful news that Amy and I are expecting our first child. A little girl!!!! We are both thrilled and can’t wait to meet her,” Dale, Jr. captioned a photo of a pair of tiny pink Converse shoes.

The couple were married last New Year’s Eve at Childress Vineyards in Lexington, North Carolina.

The two-time Daytona 500 winner will retire from NASCAR at the end of the 2017 season.

No official word on when Baby Earnhardt will make her debut.
