Those were the topics of conversation this weekend on CMT Hot 20 when Cody met Kip Moore at Melrose Billiards, a pool house in Nashville.
The country star compared playing pool to navigating the music business.
"A lot of times I'm that 8 ball. I feel like I'm behind the curve a lot of times, man. There's a lot of strategy being worked behind the scenes all the time [in the music business], and I'm not very good at that. But I can do strategy here," Kip says of playing pool.
The "More Girls Like You" singer also talks pressure, authenticity and feeling good about vulnerability.
