'Hand In Hand' Raises $44 Million for Hurricane Relief

The numbers are in!

Hand In Hand, the telethon that united celebrities from Nashville, Hollywood and beyond with a mission to raise funds for victims of Hurricanes Harvey and Irma, officially brought in a whopping $44 million during the one-hour event, according to TMZ.  

Broadcasting from Los Angeles, New York City, Nashville and San Antonio, the relief event saw Blake Shelton, Brad Paisley, Tim McGraw, Faith Hill, Luke Bryan, George Strait, Miranda Lambert and more come together to both perform and take donations over the phone.

“Tonight we are honored to stand hand in hand with our friends from all over America to help others, Texas, Florida, the Caribbean and wherever help is needed to rise up again,” Faith said during the telethon.

Also in attendance to help out where Oprah, Beyoncé, Justin Timberlake, Demi Lovato, Leo DiCaprio, Justin Bieber and Reese Witherspoon—just to name a few.
