Darius Rucker is set to release new music!
The country star has announced his new album will be entitled When Was the Last Time and drop on October 20th.
Darius made the announcement Tuesday with Kathie Lee and Hoda on the Today show and reveals the recording process for his fifth studio album went smoothly.
“Every time we were in the studio we had a great band who had great ideas of their own,” Darius says, “so it was the farthest thing from tedious, but just, ‘Let’s get in and do it.’ I think for the whole record we spent just three days tracking music.”
“If I Told You,” Darius’ most recent No. 1 single, is the fans’ first taste of When Was the Last Time. “For the First Time,” the second single from the project, is currently at country radio.
